Return Policy
1. Return Window
- UK & EU: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Outside UK & EU: Returns only accepted if the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. Conditions
Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days once your return is approved.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Tracked shipping is strongly recommended, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will arrange a free replacement or refund for verified faulty or incorrect items.
7. Incorrect Address or Non-Deliverable Orders
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
Orders shipped to the address entered by the customer cannot be refunded or resent if the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable.
- If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or issue a refund.

If the parcel cannot be returned to us, no refund or replacement can be offered, as the delivery failure was outside of our control.
Please double-check your address and postcode before completing your order, as we are unable to modify it once the order has been processed.
